Thank you for visiting our homepage and please let me introduce our kennel (FCI 283/17) to you. Our Kennel located in Europe, in Hungary. Lagottos are very near of our hearts as we have really fell in love with this lovely breed. Our dogs are happy, well socialized and they live in a home environment, as a member of our family.
Our goals is to breed in the future true Italian Lagottos with correct temperament, correct type and health. I hope you will find your best friend for a life time in our kennel.

ITALIAN BREED
About Lagotto
They are very loyal and loving making them the perfect family companion. Some are easy to train. Many get along with other animals quite easily if socialized from a young age. Lagotto vary in their need for exercise but should always be given stimulation to keep their intelligent brains occupied.
Their highly developed nose makes them excellent search dogs. Some Lagotto are excellent swimmers but some will only paddle. Some will retrieve from lakes, streams and other bodies of water without hesitation. They have a waterproof coat.

Italian waterdog
The Lagotto Romagnolo (Lah-gah’-to Ro-man-yo’-lo) is an ancient Italian breed that was originally used as a hunting dog and water retriever. The breed’s own name comes from the Italian word “Lago” which means “lake”. The Lagotto is an extraordinary dog breed from the Romagna region of Italy. The name means, “lake dog from Romagna.”
